Twenty4Seven Fitness makes reaching your goals a whole lot easier by throwing in FREE personal training sessions with all our memberships. Thats right, we like to break the mould and don't charge for generic induction sessions. We actually sit down with you, discuss your goals and design a programme around them.

This is what you get:

  • 3 Hour Long Personal Training Sessions (Usually Costing £90)
  • 6 Weekly Reprogrammes
  • Unlimited Advice And Assistance
  • Vital Statistic Recording And Reviewing




Why Would You Need Personal Training Sessions?


  • If you lack the time, the motivation or the energy to train on your own then personal training could be the answer.
  • The support, advice and encouragement comes with safe exercise techniques to help you avoid injuries.
  • When you are overweight, when you are underweight, when you are unfit, when you want to get fitter, when you've just had a baby, when you are in training, when you are bored with training, when your jeans don't fit, when you are going skiing, when summer is around the corner...when you want to!

    You don't have to be a rockstar or a sportsman to have a personal trainer - anyone who wants one can have one. 


What Happens during a Personal Training session?


A personal training session will normally last one hour, made up of the following:

  • A brief warm-up, followed by...
  • ...Your main training programme, where you focus on your goals.
  • Finally, there is a cool down period, where you will stretch and discuss the next sessions objectives.


We offer Personal Training as both single sessions and packages:

  • 1 Session £35
  • 3 Sessions £90
  • 8 Sessions £200
